Loan Scheme
We have a small range of TV readers and magnascreens. TV readers are devices that when plugged into a television will project an enlarged image of whatever the device is positioned on. A magnascreen is a magnifying glass that covers the whole of the television screen and increases the image. These low vision aids can be loaned for a short period in your own home. This service is available by contacting NCBA, where we will arrange for a volunteer to set-up and collect the aids at a convenient time. There is a charge of £10 for this service to cover volunteer mileage and supply costs.
