Fishing Competition – Friday 27 July 2012
This popular competition is in its’ eleventh year and once again Northumbrian Water has kindly donated the use of its facilities, at Fontburn Reservoir, as well as some generous prizes. There will be cash prizes for adults, and vouchers for juniors, aged 15 and under. Registration and entry fees from 8:00 on the day and the competition runs from 8:30 until 3:30. Heaviest fish and normal fishery rules apply. For the second year Northumbrian Water have offered a ‘Golden Ticket’ to win a 2013 Northumbrian Water Explorer season permit, valued at £834. Each competitor will receive one free entry and there will be the opportunity to purchase additional tickets. For more information speak to Jane on 01670 514316.
